The General Manager is Mr Fawaz Zoubi. In his late thirties, Mr Zoubi presently runs an engineering company, has mastered four languages and has completed two years in the Jordan Army. He has been involved in the project since 1998 in different capacities.

Mr Stellan Lind, resident of Jordan, will be actively involved in the daily operations and is focusing on the financial and marketing issues. He is doing so in his role as initiator and Board member.

Mr Jeff Cullis is involved in the European marketing efforts from his base in the UK, and will maintain the close co-operation of key European advisors.

A Controller, a Horse Master, a Site Manager and a Leader of the Military Contingent are being recruited to form the management team together with Mr Lind and Mr Zoubi.
